Information we process
ReplyPilot processes account information, workspace configuration, billing identifiers, uploaded support data, connected-source data, generated reports, reviewed assets, draft replies, and product usage events.
Support data may contain customer names, email addresses, order details, message content, or other personal data. Workspace owners are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload or connect that data.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, import and classify support messages, generate reports and drafts, operate integrations, prevent abuse, provide billing, and improve product reliability. We do not sell personal data.
AI processing
When AI features are enabled, relevant support content may be sent to the AI provider configured for ReplyPilot. Deterministic risk checks run before reply drafting, but users must review generated content before operational use.
Service providers
ReplyPilot may use Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Neon for database hosting, Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, and connected services such as Google, Zendesk, or Intercom. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Security and access
Source credentials are encrypted when the production encryption key is configured. Access is scoped by workspace. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and ReplyPilot should not be used as the sole system of record for legal, security, privacy, or payment decisions.
Your choices
Workspace owners can delete workspace data from the Data controls page. Authentication identity deletion and other privacy requests can be sent to support@slashgallery.com.
