ReplyPilot

Zendesk support analysis

Turn Zendesk history into safer support automation

Zendesk exports contain ticket updates, public replies, private notes, tags, and repeated sync events. ReplyPilot focuses analysis on requester-authored public comments, uses stable comment-level deduplication, and keeps generated work under review before it reaches Zendesk.

Why analysis fails

Common gaps in support automation planning

01

Ticket updates inflate demand

Reprocessing a changed ticket can make the same customer question look new unless analysis operates at comment level.

02

Agent text contaminates themes

Agent replies and private notes describe internal workflow, not independent customer demand, and should not shape topic volume.

03

Unsafe automation looks efficient

Refunds, fraud, privacy, security, legal issues, and unknown account changes need explicit escalation rules.

Operational workflow

From source data to reviewed action

STEP 1

Connect

Use a Zendesk subdomain, account email, and API token with a configurable initial history window.

STEP 2

Filter

Ingest requester-authored public comments and optionally isolate a pilot with a Zendesk tag.

STEP 3

Review

Approve suggested macros and drafts while red-risk conversations remain human-only.

STEP 4

Write back

Create or update Zendesk macros and send approved draft content as private internal notes with duplicate protection.

What teams receive

Outputs designed for operational use

  • Comment-level demand analysis
  • Duplicate-safe recurring sync
  • Zendesk macro creation and updates
  • Private-note draft handoff
  • Risk and adoption history

Questions

Will ReplyPilot import Zendesk private notes?

Private internal notes and agent replies are ignored during customer-demand ingestion. Approved ReplyPilot drafts can be written back as private notes for an agent to review.

Can Zendesk macros be exported more than once?

Yes. ReplyPilot stores the external macro identifier and updates the existing macro instead of creating duplicates.

Can I limit the initial Zendesk import?

Yes. The current integration supports configurable 7, 30, or 90-day history windows and optional tag filtering.

Start with evidence, not an automation promise.

Import one support history and review the resulting risk and action plan.
