Service

ReplyPilot provides support-data analysis, generated recommendations, draft content, risk labels, and integration tools. It is an assistance product, not a replacement for human judgment or a complete customer support inbox.

Accounts and customer data

You are responsible for your account, connected services, and the legality and accuracy of data you submit. You must not upload data you are not authorized to process or use ReplyPilot for unlawful surveillance, spam, fraud, or decisions that require professional legal, medical, financial, or security judgment.

Generated output

Reports, classifications, FAQs, macros, and reply drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. Review all output before publication or customer use. Refunds, legal complaints, privacy requests, security incidents, and account changes must remain under qualified human control.

Billing

Paid plans renew until canceled. Prices and limits shown at checkout apply to the selected plan. Deleting the sole workspace cancels its active ReplyPilot subscription before workspace data is removed.

Availability and liability

The service may change, experience interruptions, or depend on third-party platforms. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ReplyPilot is provided without warranties and is not liable for indirect losses or decisions made solely from generated output.
