Editorial Policy
ReplyPilot publishes practical content about support analysis and AI-assisted operations. This policy explains how factual claims, internal benchmarks, sources, and product boundaries are handled.
Updated July 23, 2026
Evidence and attribution
Technical claims should link to primary documentation when available. Product behavior should match the implemented workflow. Internal tests must identify the dataset, model, date, relevant configuration, and whether the result is synthetic or customer-derived.
- Prefer official provider and standards documentation
- Separate measured results from estimates
- Label synthetic benchmarks
- Avoid presenting model output as independent evidence
AI-assisted drafting
AI may assist with outlines, comparison, or drafting, but published content is reviewed for factual consistency with the product and cited sources. Generated text is not treated as a source. Claims about safety, law, privacy, pricing, or provider behavior require additional scrutiny.
Updates and corrections
Pages display an updated date. Material changes to model pricing, integrations, permissions, data handling, or product behavior should trigger a content review. Confirmed factual errors should be corrected rather than silently repeated across derivative pages.
Commercial transparency
ReplyPilot content may describe the product and link to product workflows. Comparisons and recommendations should still state limitations, current implementation status, and the difference between a technical capability and validated customer value.
